Daniel J. Gargrave

Dan brings over 25 years experience
bending metal and helping fabricators
reduce costs. He is third generation in
the Tooling & Automation industry.
His father and grandfather founded
Dayton Progress which stands today
as the largest producer of punch and
die tooling in the world.

Dan's experience in forming metal started
with the patent of the "Ready Bender".
This unique rotary action tool is used to
bend metal in brakes, dies and automated
metal bending machines. That business
has been sold, and Dan now also owns
Right Form LLC., the Right Form Bender
is a cost-effective alternative to the
Ready Bender. Dan is located in

Michael Inghram

Mike also brings 25 years of experience
in metal fabrication to this business.
He has extensive engineering expertise
in forming metal and adding special
engineered fasteners.

Mike also owns Interconnect, located in
the same facility as Perfect Form LLC.
Interconnect is a very successful manufacturer's rep agency featuring
a special line of self clinching fasteners.
These fasteners are well known cost
reduction fasteners used by almost
every fabricator.
